Mayhew made virtually no maquettes, and she referred to these particular ones as “small models”. She noted in a letter to Regis College, Toronto, where Holy Man was to be shown, that although they had photographs of the model, there would be “differences” with the large piece. One "Holy Man model" is on the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria’s "Board of 10".
